Hey TIC people: have you seen this place?
For once, we find here a low rise (3 units total) property offering not one, not two, but THREE bedrooms for under $500,000. I haven’t been able to get inside yet, since I have yet to be able to ascertain the open house time and date, but below are some shots off Redfin that do not explain why such a property would be so reasonably priced.
Yes, that’s a pretty chef friendly kitchen, gas stove, hooded range, and sparking new appliance equipped. The living room too looks promising: spacious, gleaming hard wood floors… I’m not seeing the problem yet.
Okay, so let’s talk location: 24 Clyde rests on a quiet little alley right off Townsend. This makes for an easy walk to the Ball Park and surrounding areas, which are indeed very up and coming, bustling with new development and swanky brand name stores. It’s close as well to the water, the freeway, the Bay Bridge, and downtown. Parking would be a nightmare, but not for you: the current owner has prepaid one year parking for the would-be new owner. Seriously! We all need to get inside this place to know why we can actually afford it without selling off a major organ.
