Berkeley: Anorexic List Reflects Sluggish Market

Slim pickings indeed today.

This week’s list of homes recorded as having been sold in Berkeley last week runs to a measly five — by far the smallest number I have seen since I began monitoring the data more than a year ago.

The homes that did sell were all modestly priced, too. Could it be that owners of those $1-3 million behemoths are finding that buyers are becoming fewer and further between?

As usual, data for all Bay Area counties can be found here.
