Isn’t interesting how the lower prices now seem like a good deal after having the housing prizes zoom to ‘infinity and beyond’ just last year? Sort of like gasoline prices: anything under three bucks a gallon seems like a bargain now when only a few years ago we would have thought gasoline prices would ‘never’ get over two bucks a gallon. Go figure!
