All is Calm… in Marin: Open Houses this Sunday

With the peak of the holidays just around the corner, it looks like everyone is taking a breather.  At least in Marin, we are.  There’s only a few shopping days left – and it seems most are shopping for gifts rather than homes.  Yet, fear not – the elves are still at work in Novato, where the only new listings appeared – 4 listings, that is.  Some homes are still up for hosting potential buyers - the lucky number 4 again.  santa.jpg

Put on your Santa hat and come envision yourself in these homes in 2008.  All are open Sunday from 1/2pm- 4pm.
