Oakland Price Reductions: Focus on Crocker Highlands

arrow.gifI’m really excited about one of Redfin’s new (relatively) features: mapping with big red lines, cool! Now my searches are much easier, being the visual person that I am. I’m a big fan of my neighbors to the west of the Lake and decided to check out what’s going on in the 94610 zip. The boundaries for Oakland’s 94610 go right around Lake Merritt, sprawl a bit north/west (Adams Point, Westlake) border on Piedmont Ave. (and some of Piedmont) and then flow out east encompassing the upscale and stately neighborhoods of Trestle Glen and Crocker Highlands. Crocker Highlands is primarily residential; shops and restaurants can be found close by around Lakeshore/Grand Lake; Piedmont Avenue and Glenview. Here are some price reductions for Crocker Highlands, with a Haddon Hill home from across the freeway (and still in the 94610) thrown in for good measure.
