Sale Sampler
Who doesn’t like a bargain? When it comes to home sales, bargains can be just what buyers are looking for. I have a list of homes that have dropped a smidgeon in price recently. There aren’t any drastic changes here, unfortunately. Just sellers testing out the waters to see if any fish might bite. It’s looking like sellers don’t want to budge much yet. The question is, will buyers be willing to snag the homes here with these incremental changes in price?
