Update: Jeff Lewis Slashes His House Price Again
Just over a month ago, we noted that Jeff Lewis, star of the Bravo reality-TV show “Flipping Out,” had lowered the asking price on his remodeled Los Feliz home. The nearly-2,000-square-foot house was originally on the market for $1,525,000. In late August, the price was reduced to $1,485,000.
A recheck today revealed that the home is now priced at $1,449,000. Here’s the listing.
A look at the nearby homes profiled in our two previous Jeff Lewis posts shows that they’ve been taken off the market or are still on the market at the same or slightly lower price. None have sold.
