What’s Dropping In 90293
I have more incremental price reductions for shoppers looking in the 90293 area code. That’s Playa Del Rey, by the way, in case anyone is wondering. In the last several months, I’ve yet to see any homeowner do much of any substantial price dropping. (One home dropped a “whopping” 12% in price last week and it was already well over a mil.)
