The retro/modern approach is daring; I could see these doing well in Pasadena, but conservative Monrovia? They’ve got a fan here though. This design comes as a breath of fresh air in comparison with the safe (read: generic) stylings common to the area aimed at more conservative tastes. It’s preciously what we could not find, on a rigorous townhome hunt a few months ago. It will certainly be interesting to see how these Monrovian moderns fare in the current market.
