A Tough Sell for These Sellers

Writers’ strike, buyer’s market, credit crunch, holidays coming up….hey, let’s sell the house!

The odds are stacked against anyone trying to sell now.  Fewer homes are sold between Thanksgiving and New Year’s than any other time of year.  If you’re putting your property out there now, you must really need to unload it.  Otherwise, why not wait until January?

Make sure your place is priced right. Otherwise, your chance of breaking through the clutter is about the same as Paris staying out of rehab or Britney being named Mother of the Year.
