In Playa Vista, 13044 Pacific Promenade, #312 sold recently. It’s a two-bedroom, two-bath home with 1,093 square feet of space. In August, the price dropped from $594,500 to $589,000. That 1% drop lured a buyer in. Two weeks later, the #312 property was changed from “Active” to “Contingent”. The deal was finalized mid-September.
