I’m surprised that a real estate professional such as yourself overlooked the fact that 14347 Killion Street, 91401, is in VAN NUYS. As someone who grew up in the San Fernando Valley, I can tell you that Burbank Blvd. @ Van Nuys Blvd. has always been in Van Nuys and will always be in Van Nuys. That being said, how does a small home in Van Nuys at $825,000.00 sound? VERY OVERPRICED!!!
