A Few Condos Are Moving in Beverly Hills
Buying a single-family home in Beverly Hills is an expensive proposition, so the first home for people who really, really want a Beverly Hills address is often a condo. They’re plentiful in the Flats — the non-hilly part of the city north and south of Wilshire Boulevard.
