This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in Playa Vista sold for $324,000 last month. That’s the lowest number I’ve seen (especially for a two-bedroom) in the last several months. This property is located on 6020 Sea Bluff Drive, #125 and has 910 square feet.

The Sea Bluff Drive home is right amongst the new Tempo properties right by Concert Park. Concert Park has been the setting for outdoor movies, summer concerts, and a host of visitors that have come to enjoy the grassy area.

    For anyone that is curious, Playa Vista has allotted a percentage of homes as CPU's. But there are now 4,000 people on the list for Phase II and just 260 slots. Qualifications include the following (the more criteria you meet, the better your chances):

    First-time homeowner
    Community service professional
    Annual salary under $100,000
    Less than 5-mile work commute

    This unit may be a CPU, meaning Control-Priced Unit for qualified buyers. Tempo has several of these in the building.
