Sold At The Edge
There’s a row of homes on the south side of 91st Street – the last batch of Westchester properties before the address turns into Gulana Avenue and you’re in Playa del Rey. One property on the western edge of Westchester’s boundaries just sold in early December for $655,000. It’s a three-bedroom, two-bath single-family home with 1,819 square feet of space. The address, 7630 W. 91st St., is located opposite Weschester High School (which has a pretty low ranking on GreatSchools.net, by the way).
Nearby, there’s another property on 7508 W. 91st St. with four-bedrooms and two-baths. And it’s going for…. a whopping cool million. Now, granted this home has an additional bedroom and over 600 more square feet of space, but it hasn’t sold in nearly five months! Hmmmm… could it be the price? Me thinks the owners need to get real and drop it down a notch – or two.
