The office is very mum on the project. They haven’t returned my call nor do I have any information at the moment. But I will post if/when something new comes in.

I put in a call in to the developer. If I do happen to hear back from them and am able to get some inside info, I’ll do a future post about what they’re doing over there.

It looks like it is owned by GTO Development in El Segundo. I’ve been trying to call but no one answers. I hope they are condos. Playa Del Rey needs some new ones and I would love buy in that Neighborhood.

Thanks for the update! This is just a couple blocks away from me and I was wondering whether it was going to be apartments or condos as well.
