A First In The History Of Real Estate
There’s so much speculation about the housing market these days. Everyone wants to know when will prices bottom out and how long before the housing market will rebound. I found an interesting little video that takes a look at the history of real estate, examining how long it has taken in the past to realize a gain with property ownership. You’ll have to watch it to find out what’s new and different about our current real estate cycle. (Looks like we’re making history.) Take a look at the video then let me know what you think.
Incidentally, there are quite a few new homes on the market in the LAX area. For this Monday, I’m including these just-listed million dollar plus babies. (I’ll take the Vista del Mar view any day, but not the price tag!)
Playa del Rey
7301 Vista del Mar, #14/2bd, 2.5bth/$1,825,000
Westchester
6467 W. 83rd St./5bd, 4.5bth/1,114 sq. ft./$1,795,000
By the way, I’ve listed the square footage of the W. 83rd St. property as 1,114 square feet as shown on its listing. But just by looking at the photos, I’d say the home is easily double that. Perhaps it’s a clerical error and it’s actually 2,114 square feet.
