Today we launched a "back to the basics" series, inspired in part by your encouragement yesterday. We're trying to focus on "basics" that seem to have been forgotten or at least ignored. As you pointed out, there are honest agents in this business. We’re working on a post on how to find them, and we’ve already got a couple of posts up about how NOT to find them (“Top 5 Ways not to Pick a Listing Agent”)
