I'm not surprised they've come down on the price (I think they're smart to cut it quickly so the listing doesn't become stale) but I would have guessed it would go for something closer to $1.75M. I was just telling an RE agent that if this house hasn't even had an offer (it may have, I have no idea) then the market has really come to a dead stop in Toluca Lake. The only thing I didn't love about the house is the lot to it's left (facing the house) is some sort of weird structure, kind of two homes on one lot. Also this house is a little closer to a major street (Riverside) than I'd prefer. Incidentally the home directly behind it has been leveled and a new spec house is going up.
