The beautiful Eastern Columbia building in downtown just keeps upping its celebrity quotient. Hot Property—the last installment written by Ruth Ryon—reported this week that John Stamos and Frankie Muniz (of Malcolm in the Middle fame) have both taken an “interest” in the 147-loft property, which multiple sources had earlier reported might be graced by Johnny Depp’s presence. Ryon says Stamos will be Depp’s neighbor in the penthouse tower, while Muniz will make do with a “two-bedroom, 2,900-square-foot loft at close to $2.9 million.”
