Yea the Kentwood house on 83rd is only 1,000 sq ft according to The MLS. So I can see why it feels tiny.

Thanks, Mike! Well, 6651 W. 83rd St. has 1001 square feet of space, according to PropertyShark.com. That's petite, but workable to feel much bigger if the layout is done right. Assuming the square footage is correct, it's safe to say the layout of this house is not working! There is 5,565 square feet of space in the lot (room to expand), so this house should probably be put on the list of those which need to grow in order to become more livable.

I walked through 6651 W. 83rd St last Sunday, and while I was excited to see something below 600K in that neighborhood, it is small. I mean tiny. The back bedroom feels like someone took the doors off a closet and called it a bedroom. The kitchen and hallway are so undersized it feels like you are on a submarine.
