Check Out Our New Features: FSBO’s And Foreclosures

I got a little email in my inbox recently letting the bloggers know about the new interactive features on the Redfin Website. I’m really excited about the site’s ability to track FSBO’s as well as foreclosures.

So, to nudge a few of you to try it out, I thought I’d take a look at what FSBO’s are selling in Westchester. I found just one - 8727 Glider Ave. is going for $598,000. But, this one was suspiciously familiar. And, sure enough, it was mentioned previously in my “Properties Under $600,000” post even though this two-bedroom, one-bath property shows up as just-listed.

There’s also just one FSBO in Playa Vista. It’s on 13200 Pacific Promenade and it’s a two-bedroom, two-bath going for $619,000. It’s located on the third floor, but there’s no apartment number listed, so you’ll have to click the ForSaleByOwner link to contact the owner and find out all the info. Incidentally, I did a post way back when about what is apparently another third floor property at the same address. The previously posted property has an undisclosed sale price.
