		<description>Great post, Tim.  I have seen sales histories on homes that were bought during the height of the last boom and then sold in the mid 1990s at a loss.  People who bought at the peak in 1989-1990 waited 10 to 12 years to get back to even.  That&#039;s a hard pill to swallow; that would put us at 2015 to 2017 to get back to even, but that&#039;s what we&#039;re looking at, if history is any guide.  People talk about being &quot;close to the bottom,&quot; but in the last bust, prices bottomed out fairly quickly and then stayed down for years.  I see that happening now.</description>
