“It is obvious that Brown Design is/was benefitting from the name Jeff Lewis when Ryan is expanding his business and Jeff is/was hurting and struggling. I think a separation between Jeff and Ryan is highly appropriate because of Ryan’s own admission of not referring clients to Jeff unless the client mentions his name after the client may have been searching out Jeff Lewis and reaching Brown Design and thinking that Jeff was directly related to Ryan’s own business. Ryan knew exactly what he was doing and took advantage of the situation and tried to make up excuses for it when confronted, but Ryan’s excuses didnt fly in my eyes.”
