loved the show! hubby could not stand watching my other shows (flip this house, flip that house, property ladder, real estate pros, flip it back, etc…) and frankly, i was getting bored too of seeing the same granite kitchen/bath, wood floors flips! (personally, i think most of the flips on that show that took place in CA could have just been sat on without doing anything and they STILL would have made money due to the market at the time!). Hubby loves this show & that crazy guy! He is a dead ringer for my old boss-totally self centered; I am not sure he even realizes he is dealing with other human beings! loves it!
