Zip codes mean nothing. Areas change block to block. South of the 210 is better. Lincoln Ave and east is iffy although there are some lovely pockets there. Also i think sellers should be congraulated if they can find a fish to sell thier junk investments to. sooner... or later (it really dosn't matter when) the reality will come to pass. wake up or not. what-ever!
