		<description>A couple things about Pasadena.

Zip codes mean nothing. Areas change block to block.

South of the 210 is better.

Lincoln Ave and east is iffy although there are some lovely pockets there.

West of Forest is the most desirous neighborhood east of the Rose Bowl.</description>

Jobs are goinf south - economy is tanked - nothing the fredz can do about it.(yes the freds)
Pasadena homes for 150k very soon. And please bet against me... i love seeing dumbies take big loss&#039;s.
Also i think sellers should be congraulated if they can find a fish to sell thier junk investments to.
