When I was looking, there was no way you could find a 3 bed/2bath house for under 800k in West Hollywood. Prices have either come way down in WeHo or that house needs some serious work (although from the pictures, it doesn't look too bad). Oh well, I'm happy with my house, and with the credit market the way it is, I'm not sure my partner and I could have gotten a loan even for the reduced prices!
