		<description>It&#039;s not clear what you are measuring. The percentage is the number of properties that received one or more price reduction NOT the amount by which prices were reduced. Gorrect? In other words 43% of properties in Manhattan Beach sold for at least the list price but perhaps higher?  Please clarify.</description>
