		<description>I think the realtor partnership is such a great idea.  Next, I would love to see Redfin tackle the issue with scary and/or cheesy realtor headshots.  What an idiotic way to hire someone... forget the qualifications, service and commission, let&#039;s focus on the picture.</description>

		<description>Some agents didn’t want to post their full names over concerns the refund they offer through Redfin&#039;s program would be one all their customers would want. We also had concerns that customers would contact the agents directly rather than through our site. Overall, this decision was probably a mistake, we&#039;ll likely fix it soon.</description>
