We are based on customer service and satisfaction. In fact, we encourage reviews from previous clients so you can read feedback from people who have actually gone through the process.

My biggest concern is if I were to list my La Jolla property with one of the Redfin agents will they get back to the interested agents/buyers quick enough. They have every reason and incentive to respond quickly when representing a buyer as they know that is money in their pocket, but with only $5k to them as a listing agent I could see them getting frustrated with all the calls from other agents.

What do you think Anna, or can others share experiences. Thanks

I always get a response from Anna, usually within hours. One anomaly was when it took her 2 days, but that is the exception, not the norm. And I would not consider my questions high priority either. They are not yet related to making a transaction, but I hope they will be soon!
