The Big “Bang for Your Buck” Theory in Orange, Santa Ana, and Tustin

It’s time for the first reporting of where you can get the most bang for your buck. There are some serious BFYB’s on the market right now worth checking out.

As one would expect, as housing prices drop, the price per square foot also drops (kind of a no-brainer). This is good news for buyers who want to get the most for their money. The graphs below show median prices per square foot. In looking at the trends, per square foot prices are about $390 in Orange, $435 in Santa Ana, and $395 in Tustin.
