Laguna Niguel On A Dime? Kinda

  I’ve lived in Laguna Niguel for 10 years and I still find it to be one of the most beautiful places in Southern California to reside.

OK, so there aren’t any nightclubs and just about everything pretty much closes up early — even on a Saturday night. But the scenery is beautiful, it’s close to the Pacific, and it’s quiet! Not a lot of riff-raff.

So, if you are in the market for a slice of paradise, here are a few options that have recently come down in price. Now might be the time to jump on the bandwagon. An inside Realtor has given me the decreased prices on some of these.
