Mmmmm, Mmmm Goooood.

Last week I was at one of my favorite restaurants, eating one of my favorite seafood dishes. As I sat at the beachfront establishment savoring the lobster and jumbo prawns, I began to wonder why I was enjoying a meal so much that I have eaten on so many other occasions. As I kept pondering, it finally occurred to me, that on this particular day and for reasons that will be left unsaid, the meal was on the house. Yes free, I asked myself, could this meal really be tasting that much better simply because I am not paying for it? Well maybe it was just the perception of it all, but then again isn’t that always the case. Perception is everything, if it feels warm it is warm, if it feels cold, it is cold.

And so the same can be said for the housing market, of course you will not be getting a free house, but any discount or reduction can make you feel better about your purchase. Knowing that you got your home at a great price will increase your level of owner satisfaction. These houses in Newport Beach would be satisfying to live in under any conditions, but striking a great deal makes it all the sweeter.
