More Mortgage Woes …
The folks in the mortgage business are really have a tough time. I’m not sure that I feel bad for them, since many homeowners lost their homes because of them.
According to an article from the Associated Press called Report Gloomy on Housing Slump in today’s news doesn’t give the overall market much of a sunny outlook. It reports that the slump will continue well into 2009 and that “homes sales will take a substantial hit.”
Maybe that’s why home prices are being updated more often than not. A search today resulted in these following properties that have lowered their prices in the past few days.

23 Agia in Laguna Niguel reduced from “$1,075,000 Million to “$1,050,000 Million.”
