Take the IBC Walking Tour—Open Houses, September 8th
Now that you have had an introduction to the IBC (see my previous post, Welcome to Urban Living in the IBC), the time has come to look at some of the housing choices currently available in the IBC. Options in this urban village can be anywhere from high-end, luxury high-rises to more modest townhomes. Be sure to keep in mind the homeowner’s association dues when factoring in your buying decisions.
Also, keep in mind, that if you want to have Redfin act as your buying agent, many of these IBC buying options are new construction and require that you register as a Redfin client on your first visit. Some even require that you bring your Redfin agent with you on the first visit. (Failure to do so means that the builder and/or on-site agent, not you, will share in the buyer’s agent commission.)
