We’ve all seen him – round, yellow, always smiling.  He’s that bouncing smiley face bounding across our TV slashing prices everywhere.  Anyone who’s studied economics (for Wal-Mart specifically check out The Wal-Mart Effect, fascinating read) knows that if prices are dropping, someone’s got to be losing somewhere. 

I know I’ve said it repeatedly, but buyers are gleefully watching prices plummet while sellers/homeowners are bracing themselves (and their checkbooks!).  Speaking of big drops, let’s take a look at some of the biggest price reductions happening as of late.
