Lovely Laguna Audobon Living: BFYB

peace Lovely Laguna Audobon Living: BFYB   Looking for a home in South Orange County tends to be a tedious effort. Why? Because all the houses pretty much look the same; I call them cookie-cutter or Stepford.

Sure, some folks don’t mind this because they know sometimes the surroundings are more important. At the Laguna Audobon in Aliso Viejo, new home seekers are able to enjoy lovely, peaceful and green surroundings, lots of community activities and neighbors who are friendly. In other words, this is a community that offers you a lot for your buck.

Here’s a few listings in the area that are new:

25 Dunlin Ln. $759,900, 4 br/2.5 baths, 2,267 sq. feet or $335 per sq. foot, two level single-family residential home with 2-car garage, stainless steel appliances and more.

24 Chickadee Ln. $749,900, 3 br/2.5 baths, 1,940 sq. feet or $387 per sq. foot, two-level, single-family residence on a quiet cul-de-sac, double-door entry and more.

79 Praire Falcon $719,000, 3 br/2.5 baths, 1,634 sq. feet or $440 per sq. foot, two-level, single-family residence, larger master suite, panoramic views and more.

I’ve been reviewing houses with my wife here in the OC and I completely agree with you about the stepford houses. They all look the same with the layout and the white roll up garage doors with the sun windows. Same exteriors, same lawns, same everything. Never been to the Laguna Audobon. Maybe we’ll go check it out. I wonder how cheap the homes are there now with the recession and all…
