Over $1M and Sold in North Tustin

One of my favorite areas in Orange County is North Tustin. I just love the large lots and the personality that comes from every different housing style imaginable. There are nice older homes situated adjacent to huge estates also adding to its personality. North Tustin is an unincorporated part of Tustin (which could be why it’s zip code says Santa Ana?). Two North Tustin communities that are highly sought after are known as Cowan Heights and Lemon Heights. Cowan Heights are those hillside homes with city (and I think even ocean when the weather is right) views. Lemon Heights is historic (developed in 1920s) with some great old gems and other estates ranging to over $5M (or as Austin Powers would say, “Five miiiiilllliooon dollars!”).
