Realtors I’ve talked to recently say that this is a buyer’s market for sure. By the looks of the way prices have dropped on homes in South Orange County, like in Aliso Viejo recently, I’d have to agree with them. Here are some condo bargains, all of which are one-level:
64 Verdin Ln. 2 br/2 baths, one-level condo, 1,125 sq. feet built in 1993. The list price was “$414,900″ and changed to “$399,000.”
23398 Via San Miguel 3 br/2 baths, one-level condo, 1,255 sq. feet built in 1972. The list price was “$471,000″ and changed to “$445,000.”
55 Whippoorwill Ln. 1 br/1 bath, one-level condo, 650 sq. feet built in 1990. The list price was “$285,000″ and changed to “$264,900.”
34 Meadowood 3 br/2 baths, two-level condo, 1,400 sq. feet built in 1990. The list price was “$499,900″ and changed to “$479,900.”
