North Tustin: Near Good Schools and Sold!

A post on ActiveRain’s Real Estate Blog gives an overview of “award winning schools in Orange County.” Here’s an excerpt:

“Nine Orange County schools were recently named as recipients of the coveted National “Blue Ribbon” School of Distinction recognition. Of the twenty-seven schools named in the State of California one-third, nine were from the OC. . .

Combined with hard work of everyone including the students, teachers, administrators, parents and the communities, these fine schools received the nod for outstanding performances.

Now, they say that some of these schools are in Santa Ana, but they are really in North Tustin/Tustin Foothills (which is really recorded as Santa Ana… but a totally different place).

Arroyo Elementary School is located on 11112 Coronel Road. It is a public school teaching grades K-5 and enrolls 566 students. On GreatSchools.net, it receives a stellar 10 out of 10. Here are some properties that have sold near this great school.
