Reports Decline, Lets Hope 2008 Is Better  According to a report from the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.), home sales decreased 36.2 percent in November in California compared with the same period a year ago, while the median price of an existing home fell 11.9 percent. As 2008 approaches let’s hope the New Year will bring more prosperity to the housing market.  In the meantime here are a few reductions for the last day of 2007.
