One Man’s Trash is another Man’s Treasure

Just a few more days until the new year is here. For many this means leaving things in the past, including houses. Out with old, in with the new, as the saying goes. Once again it is applicable to the real estate market as well. For many in Huntington Beach, their 2008 will be found elsewhere. As I have often said, I am not for sure how you top Huntington Beach, but it seems like a few have found a way. What one has lost, another has gained. Looking at these few past sales will also help us gage the 2008 market in the immediate and surrounding areas.
