Price Reductions “Inside the Woodbridge Loop”
As mentioned yesterday (“Inside the Woodbridge Loop: Half Marathon, 5K and Open Houses”), some homeowners in Irvine have some pride in being able to say that they live “inside the loop.” The loop that they are talking about is that part of the Woodbridge neighborhood that is encircled by the street known as the Yale Loop.
Here are some recent price reductions for homes that are inside the desirable Woodbridge Loop.

The list price was $440,000; changed to $425,000.
31 Briarglen #12, Irvine 92614: 1985 condo, 2 beds/2.5 baths, 1080 sf
The list price was $445,000; changed to $440,000.
12 Laurelglen, Irvine 92614: 1984 detached, 4 beds/3 baths, 2641 sf
The list price was $1,129,900, changed to $1,099,000.
