T’was the day after Christmas
And the mavens were in a pickle
Since the real estate updates
Slowed down to a trickle.
The buyers were busy
Flooding to the stores
Hoping and wishing
Home prices would drop a bit more.
The sellers were frantic
Restoring their abodes
Hoping buyers will trek
To their Open House from the roads.
While the market was slow
There are still a few things to report
So while info might be scarce
