El Dorado in Mission Viejo

It seems that the holiday slowdown has ended and we’ve ramped right back up to full speed.  It seems that a lot of those who were hesitating to put their homes on the market until after the new year are now biting.  In the last three days alone there have been 16 new listings in the Laguna Hills/Mission Viejo area – far more than we’ve seen in a while.  The number of price reductions (and in some cases increases!) is clipping away at a pretty strong pace as well. 

I wanted to take a look at the El Dorado neighborhood in Central Mission Viejo.  It’s a great little neighborhood with a good location to shopping, fantastic views in some of the homes and a tucked away little atmosphere.
