Inventory for Huntington Beach

I would say that Huntington Beach experienced healthy movement last year. While the houses did come down in price, they mostly stayed in line with where they should be for a beach front city. The prices per square foot, monthly sales and purchases were all steady for the year of 2007. A great deal of this had to do with the location of the city…well OK, as usual it had everything to do with it. Looking at the inventory for Huntington Beach, 2008 stands to see much of the same. Good or bad, it will be what it is.
