It’s Not What You Know, but Who You…
I belong to a networking organization called Le Tip International, it’s a great organization, with a great concept. As with most networking groups, we have several real estate people in our organization. Because of the members that are directly connected to the industry, I have a linear connection to what is going on and am able to stay abreast of most market changes. While it is good to research information on the web, nothing beats real life practical experience and first hand information. Currently we have fewer real estate related members than what we had one year ago, but the ones that have remained have offered up a good inside scoop on how things are and what is to come. According to them, it is a buyer’s market and this evidence is backed up by the past sales in Huntington Beach for the past three months.

The 11th street home price looks way too good to be true…maybe some family transaction?
