The month of March roared in like a lion with tons of homes up for sale in Dana Point. We can only hope that the owners will wake up and lower their price tags. Maybe then, March will go out like a lamb when all is said in done.

Did you know that home prices have been falling for more than a year straight in some areas of the country. Nationally, prices have dropped 6 percent in a year-over-year comparison. In some areas of Florida, California, Arizona, Nevada and Michigan, the declines have been in the double-digits.
