		<description>Yeah, Sheila... the last one is a perfect example.  Sometimes you wonder if the sellers are even trying to sell their house or just sticking it on the market to see if they can&#039;t get a load of cash for it or not.</description>

So many buyers are greedy early on and assume they can always reduce but it doesn&#039;t reflect well and just costs in the long run by spending time sitting idly on the market.  A competitively priced home will go faster, but many don&#039;t want to risk the &quot;what if I could have gotten more&quot; syndrome by selling at a lower price than they think they should have despite this volatile market.</description>
