So Long Looky Loos - You Don’t Need Us Anymore

If you haven’t heard the buzz yet, listen up because this is dynamic news.  Redfin.com recently launched more updates and they are super snazzy.  One of the absolute best new features is open house listings.  Now you can search current listings, past sales and open houses with just the click of your mouse.

Open Houses are notoriously difficult to find and there is no one source that makes it easy to organize them…until now.  Add that to our new neighborhood search feature and, whamo, your life just got a whole lot easier.  No more sifting through hoards of sites and unrelated classifieds just to plan your weekend jaunt.  If that isn’t one of the greatest advances in real estate technology then I don’t know what is!

The little green icons remain the same except that listings with open houses will be flagged with a little notation denoting an upcoming open house atop the picture of a house or condominium.  It really is that easy.  Now, don’t worry, our team of real estate mavens will still bring you open house highlights from time to time and we will continue to cover the topics you love.  But in case you want to find out what’s open right away, now you can, on your time and at your convenience; whenever and wherever you want.  We think this is just about the best thing since sliced bread and hope you will enjoy it too.
